This includes the names of the camp director, counselors, and others who were in direct contact with your child. It's also important that you gather the names and titles of those adults who were supervising your child at the time of the accident.
Request an Accident Report
As soon as you find out that your child was injured, you'll need to ask for a brief description of how to accident occurred. Gather Your Child's Medical Records
